Course Overview

Our CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification Courses provide comprehensive, hands-on training designed to equip individuals, businesses, and organizations with the skills and confidence to respond effectively in medical emergencies.

Taught by experienced first responders and emergency medical professionals, these courses combine real-world experience with proven teaching methods to ensure every participant leaves confident, competent, and prepared to save lives.

What’s Included

Each training session includes interactive instruction, guided practice, and scenario-based learning covering essential life-saving skills.

1. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

• Recognition of cardiac arrest and unresponsiveness

• Performing high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

• Two-rescuer CPR techniques and team dynamics

• Proper compression-to-breath ratios

• Airway management and rescue breathing techniques

• Recovery position and post-resuscitation care

2. AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

• Understanding how an AED works

• Safe and effective AED operation

• Pad placement for adults and pediatric patients

• Integrating AED use within CPR efforts

• Troubleshooting common AED issues

3. First Aid Fundamentals

• Scene safety and initial patient assessment

• Recognizing and managing life-threatening emergencies

• Controlling bleeding and wound care

• Managing fractures, sprains, and soft-tissue injuries

• Recognizing and responding to heart attacks, strokes, and diabetic emergencies

• Treating burns, shock, allergic reactions, and environmental emergencies

• Caring for patients with breathing difficulties, seizures, or fainting

Training Format

• Duration: Typically 3–4 hours depending on class size and setting

• Instruction Style: Combination of lecture, demonstration, and practical skills practice

• Certification: American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent nationally recognized certification upon successful completion

• Class Sizes:

  • Mobile/On-Site: Minimum 5 students per class

  • At Our Location: Maximum 9 students for personalized instruction

• At Our Location: $200 per student (maximum 9 students per class)

• On-Site / Mobile Training: $200 per student (minimum 5 students)

  • $200 Travel & Convenience Fee per visit
